Residential Letting and Property Management
The following courses have been designed to offer a range of training opportunities for those working in Residential Letting and Property Management and are also linked to support the syllabus for the Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.
From the beginners course at part 1, the five courses will take the practitioner through all aspects of letting and property management. Attendance on parts 1-3 will be sufficient for negotiators, whilst part 4 and 5 are aimed at a more senior level and will require a significantly higher level of background knowledge and practical experience and delegates should also have attended, or be comfortable with the topics covered in the part 1-3 courses.
Before booking on to any of these courses please read through the course programmes carefully. The allocated level of the course assumes that delegates will have adequate knowledge gleaned from experience or attendance on previous courses to follow the content and so the courses will be pitched at the relevant level.
